We ensure all garments are clean, steamed and preened to glean (unless otherwise stated, e.g. vintage item)
As a small business of vintage and preloved pieces - we DO NOT issue refunds - as great effort has been made to provide accurate details, no refunds or exchanges will be given for change of mind.
However, if you received an item with a fault that was not disclosed and displayed in images. Please contact us within 48 hrs of receiving item (all postage will be tracked), if the fault is our oversight, we will cover the return postage and issue a full refund with sincere apologies.
